This policy describes the current Invoice XL website at invoicexl.pro and its invoice and quote builder.

Information you enter into the tool

Business names, addresses, customer details, line items, prices, notes, and document drafts are processed by the browser on your device. Invoice XL does not upload document contents to an Invoice XL processing server, and the site does not provide an online account or cross-device synchronization.

If you choose Save draft, the site stores draft data in this browser’s local storage on this device. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to access those drafts. Browser data can be cleared, evicted, or lost; download and securely store a backup if you need to keep a document.

Information sent to service providers

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google may receive standard connection information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its handling of that request.

The current site does not include advertising scripts, analytics, a payment form, a donation checkout, or a server-side document upload. If these features are added later, this policy should be updated before they are enabled.

Backups and sharing

The optional JSON backup is generated in your browser and downloaded to your device. You choose where to store it and whether to share it. A printed or saved PDF is also created by your browser’s print feature; Invoice XL does not receive a copy.

Children and sensitive information

Invoice XL is intended for business document preparation, not for children. Do not enter information you are not entitled to use. Protect your device and backup files, especially when documents contain customer contact or financial details.
